Our neighbor built this beautiful little ketch in his garage and sails it in Wickford Harbor and on Narragansett Bay. Wish I had time and motivation for that kind of project!

IMHO, that is a yawl. Technically in a yawl the mizzen is aft of the rudder post. Also the mizzen looks small enough to be used for balance rather than drive.
Not that it really matters.
