You can see that conditions are rough and breezy -- most of the other boats at anchor are pitching and rolling. But my neighbor is having a nice Narragansett Bay ride.
You know you've been meaning to try windsurfing -- go ahead; do it! If you have never tried it, take a lesson -- you'll learn faster....
