High School Race in New Haven

Morning Light Project



Son Jesse had a great opportunity last year -- he raced as part of a team of 12 young adults on the TP 52 'Morning Light' in the Transpac race from L.A. to Honolulu. The project was sponsored by Roy Disney and a feature film about their selection, training and racing is being completed for release in the fall. Photo shows their arrival day in Honolulu -- they finished second in their division. More photos to follow.

New Boat in the Family



My daughter and her boyfriend bought this nice used Hunter 30 this summer -- they had some fun cruises to Block Island and Martha's Vineyard. Almost time to find some winter storage.

Annapolis to Newport



Jim Muldoon's Donnybrook just after completing the Annapolis to Newport race in early June. Donnybrook was first to finish in the PHRF fleet by 10 hours, but their rating kept them off the podium for corrected time prizes.
